Description of the project

Eager Enterpreneurs Abroad - when Czech & Norwegian students make GREAT things! :)

The idea of this project started in October 2019 when both partners (SSOB and TSV) met at Contact seminar for EEA in Prague. Consequently, the project got more concrete shapes thanks to a Preparatory visit that took place in Trondheim in February 2020. Both school expressed their willingness to continue in a mutual cooperation giving a chance to their student to broaden their cultural and professional knowledge.

Project objective is an intercultural exchange for students at the age of 15-18. This age is relevant to two main goals of the project:

1) NORWAY:

The creation of a CZECH-NORWEGIAN YOUTH COMPANY which will compete in annual Youth Entrepreneurship Exhibition for Trondelag county in March 2021. Youth businesses from all over Trondelag and mid-Sweden will meet to compete in various areas of business (marketing, economy, democracy in business etc.). Creating such a company will be unique opportunity for both participating countries and will raise chances in the competition. Moreover, the majority of Czech students will gain such an experience for the first time in their lives.

2) CZECH REPUBLIC:

Due to differences in studying programs between both countries Czech students have the opportunity to intensively attend a practice in partner companies (e.g. one week in a row).

Once visiting Prague, Norwegian students will have such an opportunity and will go to work with their Czech counterparts. This will help Norwegian students to better understand Czech working environment together with practical skills gained during this part of the project.

The project is relevant to objectives of both participating organisations according to their studying programs, i.e. BUSINESS & ENTREPRENEURSHIP, MARKETING, MANAGEMENT.
